Fraud Alert: Beware of Phone, Text, and Email Scams

Farmers and Merchants Bank has become aware of scammers impersonating our Fraud Department and spoofing FMB phone numbers in an attempt to obtain customers' personal information.

Please remember:

• Farmers and MerchantsBank will never ask you to pay a fee or fine over the phone or through Cash App or other digital payment services.
• We will never ask for your online banking password, one-time security codes, or other confidential login credentials.
• We verify your identity using the secure questions established when your account was opened.

If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email claiming to be from Farmers and Merchants Bank, do not provide any information. Instead, hang up and contact us directly by calling us at (866) 923 -5362
